Request account deletion

You can permanently delete your Examcheckers account in the mobile app or request help from our support team if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to the Examcheckers app.
  2. Open Profile, then Security.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@examcheckers.com from the email address registered to your Examcheckers account. Use the subject “Examcheckers account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What happens to your data

We delete the account and associated profile data after verification. Some transaction, payment, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or audit records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational obligations.
